The Board resolution dated February 03, 2021, the BOD of Petro Viet Nam Low Pressure GAS Distribution Joint Stock Company approved the business plan in 2021 as follows:

-          Owner’s equity: 1,350.0 billion dongs; Of which:

Charter capital: 900.0 billion dongs

-          Revenue:         8,302.7 billion dongs

-          Profit before tax: 255.6 billion dongs

-          Profit after tax: 204.5 billion dongs

-          To pay dividend: 18%

-          To pay the State budget: 89.3 billion dongs

-          To distribute the profit:

+ Reward and Welfare fund: 17.2 billion dongs

+ Bonus Fund to the Executive Board: 0.5 billion dongs

+ To pay cash dividend (18%/charter capital): 162.0 billion dongs

+ Remaining profit: 24.8 billion dongs.
