-          Record date: March 17, 2021

-          Meeting date: April 13, 2021

-          Meeting venue: Floor 11, Head office of FPT Securities Joint Stock Company, 52 Lac Long Quan, Buoi ward, Tay Ho district, Ha Noi city.

-          Meeting content:

ü  Reports of the Board of Directors, Board of Supervisors on business performance in 2020 and plan for 2021;

ü  The 2020 audited financial statements and the profit distribution plan;

ü  Authorizing the Board of Directors to choose an audit company in 2021;

ü  Approving the amendment to the Articles of Association;

ü  Approving the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP 2021);

-  Approving the policy on issuing shares to raise capital in 2021;

-  Approving plans for issuing shares in 2021:

• Issuing shares to the existing shareholders;
• Issuing shares to the Company’s employees under ESOP 2021.
