The Board of Directors of Phu Nhuan Jewelry Joint Stock Company (PNJ) approved as follows:

1)      To convene the 2021 Annual General Meeting of Phu Nhuan Jewelry Joint Stock Company:

-          Meeting date: in the period from April 17, 2021 to April 30, 2021

-          Meeting venue: authorizing the Board Chairman to decide and announce to shareholders.

-          Record date: March 16, 2021

2)      To approve the agenda of the 2021 Annual General Meeting.

3)      To approve a record date for rights exercise to be March 16, 2021.

4)      To make the second cash dividend payment of 2020:

-          Exercise ratio: 8%/par value (800 dongs/share)

-          Estimated payment date: April 14, 2021

-          Place of payment:

• Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.
• Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Phu Nhuan Jewelry Joint Stock Company.
