According to Board Resolution No.34/NQ-DLKH dated February 09, 2021, the Board of Directors of Khanh Hoa Power Joint Stock Company (KHP) approved the following issues:

1)      Not investing more capital in SCC when SCC implements plans for issuing shares to the existing shareholders;

2)      Assigning the CEO to implement the plan for transferring all of SCC’s share purchase rights:

-          Number of shares allowed to purchase: 210,884 shares

-          Reference price of SCC stock: 15,655 dongs/share

-          Rights transfer price: 5,655 dongs/share

-          Transfer method: direct negotiation

-          Trading time: before March 31, 2021.
