-          Target company: Construction Joint Stock Company No. 25.

-          Stock code: VCC (exchange floor: HNX)

-          Owning volume by VINACONEX in Vinaconex 25: 6,120,000 shares (51% of Vinaconex 25’s current paid-up charter capital)

-          Estimated buying volume: 2,880,000 shares (24% of Vinaconex 25’s charter capital)

-          Total owning volume by VINACONEX after the public tender offer: 9,000,000 shares (75% of Vinaconex 25’s charter capital)

-          Trading time: in Quarter 1 and 2 of 2021, after the State Securities Commission approves the public tender offer.
