On February 19, 2021, Sai Gon Telecommunication & Technologies Corporation issued a decision to approve the following issues:

1)      The BOD approved to cancel the record date to hold the 2021 Annual General Meeting and the list of SGT’s securities owners of Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) – Ho Chi Minh branch No.91/2021-SGT/VSD-ĐK dated February 05, 2021.

2)      The BOD approved the new record date to hold the 2021 Annual General Meeting:

-          Record date: March 12, 2021.
