On February 17, 2021, Viet Nam National Petroleum Group announces the selling of treasury shares as follows:

- Number of treasury stock before trading: 75,064,846 shares

- Number of shares registered to sell: 25,000,000 shares

- Purpose: to supplement the business capital resources and development investment.

- Expected trading period: from March 01, 2021 to March 30, 2021

- Trading method: Order matching.
