-          Company name: Cen Academy Joint Stock Company

-          Short name: CEN ACADEMY

-          Charter capital: VND 3,000,000,000 (CRE contributed 51% charter capital of Cen Academy Joint Stock Company)

-          To appoint Mr. Nguyen Trung Vu as the representative of contributed capital of CRE in Cen Academy Joint Stock Company.
