On February 08, 2021, Hung Thinh Incons Joint Stock Company announces the Resolution of General Meeting of Shareholders in form of collecting shareholders’ opinions in writing to approve the personnel change as follows:

1)      Approving the resignation of Mr. Ha Tan Minh as Independent member of BOD according to the Resignation Letter.

2)      Approving the appointment of Mr. Ho Minh Hoang as Independent member of BOD.

3)      Approving the list of members of BOD, including:

-          Mr. Nguyen Dinh Trung;

-          Mr. Ho Minh Hoang;

-          Mr. Truong Van Viet;

-          Mr. Nguyen Van Cuong;

-          Mr. Le Hong Viet;

-          Mr. Khuat Tung Phong.
