SMC: Postponement of dividend payment in 2021

The Board resolution dated December 06, 2021, the BOD of SMC Trading Investment Joint Stock Company approved the following contents:

1) The BOD approved to postpone the first stock dividend payment for 2021 with the rate of 5%/charter capital that approved by the Board resolution dated October 27, 2021 and the Board resolution dated November 08, 2021.

The BOD will have a specific plan on dividend payment in 2021 and submit it to the 2022 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for approval.
