TEG: BOD resolution on transferring shares

The Board resolution dated December 03, 2021, the Board of Directors of Truong Thanh Energy and Real Estate Joint Stock Company approved to transfer shares in Truong Thanh Island Tourism Joint Stock Company with details as follows:

- Transfer volume: 7,055,000 shares, accounting for 83% of charter capial of Truong Thanh Island

- Expected transfer price: no less than VND11,000/share

- Transfer time: expected from Quarter IV/2021 to Quarter I/2022

After the transfer completes, Truong Thanh Energy and Real Estate Joint Stock Company will no longer own shares of Truong Thanh Island.
