-          Record date:  December 20, 2021

-          Payment date: December 29, 2021

-          The 2021 dividend pay-out ratio: 15%/ par value (VND1,500/ share)

-          The first phase of 2021 dividend pay-out ratio: 12%/ par value (VND1,200/ share)

-          Place & procedure of payment:

-Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

  -Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  Viet Capital Securities Joint Stock Company.
