Nam Viet Joint Stock Company announces the record date for the 2020 dividend payment:

Record date:                           December 20, 2021

Purpose                                   for the payment for the 2020 dividend and the first phase of 2021dividend in cash            

Dividend pay-out ratio:          17% of charter capital (VND1,700/ share) in which:

+ The payment for the 2020 dividend:          10% of charter capital (VND1,000/ share)

+ The payment for the first phase of 2021 dividend: 7% of charter capital (VND700/ share)

Payment date:                          December 30, 2021   

Place & procedure of payment:

-Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

  -Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  Nam Viet Joint Stock Company as from December 30, 2021.

Please submit ID card and Shareholder certificates or the legal authorized letters on receipt of dividend.
