1)      Approving the result of stock offering to existing shareholders:

-          Offering volume: 15,000,000 shares

-          Registered volume: 12,685,000 shares

-          Unsold shares: 2,315,000 shares.

2)      Approving the distribution of unsold shares:

-          Selling volume: 2,315,000 shares

-          Mrs. Nguyen Thi Cam Van bought these shares

-          Selling price: VND10,000/share.
