Purpose                                   for the payment for the first phase of 2021 dividend in cash           

Dividend pay-out ratio:          12% of charter capital (VND1,200/ share)

Payment date:                          January 26, 2022       

Place & procedure of payment:

-Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

  -Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  CIC39 Corporation as from January 26, 2022.
