1)      Approving the result of stock issuance under ESOP with details as follows:

-         Stock name: Funan Securities Corporation

-         Stock type: common share

-         Par value: 10,000 dongs/share

-         Issuance volume: 1,600,000 shares

-         Issuance price: VND10,000/share

-         Time for subscription and payment: from December 18, 2021 to December 26, 2021.

-         Total shares paid: 213,557 shares

-         Unsold shares and fractional shares: 1,386,443 shares.

2)      Approving the plan for the distribution of undistributed shares of 196,443 shares to other employees.

-          These shares will be restricted in 02 years from the ending date of the issuance.

-          Selling price: VND10,000/share

-          Payment time: 15:00, January 13, 2022.
