-          Transfer volume: 666,666 shares

-          Total value of transfer: 5,000,000,000

-          Transfer form: to transfer all block shares, direct agreement

-          Settlement progress: including 03 phases:

+ Phase 1: to pay before December 15, 2021: 1,000,000,000 dongs

+ Phase 2: before December 30, 2021: 1,000,000,000 dongs

+ Phase 3: to pay the remaining amount of 3,000,000,000 dongs before January 31, 2022.
