On December 21, 2021, the Ba Ria – Vung Tau House Development Joint Stock Company issued a decision to approve the appointment the following members as representative of contributed capital in Y Ngoc Binh Thuan:

-          The appointment of Mr. Doan Huu Ha Vinh as Representative of contributed capital of 20% in Y Ngoc Binh Thuan.

-          The appointment of Mr. Doan Huu Ha An as Representative of contributed capital of 20% in Y Ngoc Binh Thuan.

-          The appointment of Mr. Le Viet Lien – member of BOD cum Chief Executive Officer (CEO) as Representative of contributed capital of 20% in Y Ngoc Binh Thuan.
