Pursuant to the real estate brokerage contract with T&T Land, on December 18, 2021 the Board of Directors of Khai Hoan Land Real Estate Joint Stock Company approved the implementation of the plan to use capital from Saigon-Hanoi Commercial Joint Stock Bank (“SHB”) – Dong Do Branch for the following purposes:

-          To ensure the performance of contractual obligations with a maximum amount of VND51,520,000,000.

-          To buy wholesale the real estate project with a maximum amount of VND198,800,000,000.

-          To guarantee the payment obligations with a maximum amount of VND35,500,000.
