1)      Ngan Hiep 2 Tourist Area Project

-          Investor: Ngan Hiep Real Estate Joint Stock Company

-          Location: Ho Tram hamlet, Phuoc Thuan commune, Xuyen Moc district, Ba Ria – Vung Tau province

-          Construction package: Hoa Binh Construction Group Joint Stock Company is the main contractor for Grand Mecure Hotel. 

-          Value of package: nearly VND90 billion

2)      Ocean Valley Tourism Complex Project

-          Investor: Delta – Valley Binh Thuan Co., Ltd.

-          Location: Tien Thanh commune, Phan Thiet city, Binh Thuan province

-          Construction package: Hoa Binh Construction Group Joint Stock Company is the general contractor for H1&2 Hotel.  

-          Value of package: nearly VND266 billion.

3)      Ocean Valley Tourism Complex Project

-          Investor: Delta – Valley Binh Thuan Co., Ltd.

-          Location: Tien Thanh commune, Phan Thiet city, Binh Thuan province

-          Construction package: Hoa Binh Construction Group Joint Stock Company is the general contractor for H4 Hotel. 

-          Value of package: nearly VND61 billion.
