Record date:                           January 04, 2022

Purpose                                   for the payment for the second phase of 2020 dividend in cash       

Dividend pay-out ratio:          20% of charter capital (VND2,000/ share)

Payment date:                          January 28, 2022       

Place & procedure of payment:

-Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

  -Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  Vietnam National Seed Group Joint Stock Company as from January 28, 2022.

Please submit ID card and Shareholder certificates or the legal authorized letters on receipt of dividend.
