The Board resolution dated December 20, 2021, the BOD of Tai Nguyen Corporation approved the following issues:

1)      Approving the result of share private placement:

-          Stock name: Tai Nguyen Corporation

-          Stock type: common stock

-          Par value: VND10,000/share

-          Ending date: December 14, 2021

-          Time for transfer restriction: 01 year from the ending date of the offering

-          Registered offering volume: 25,500,000 shares.

-          Total distributed shares: 25,000,000 shares, accounting for 100% of total shares to be offered

-          Total value (at par value): VND 255,000,000,000

-          Charter capital after the issuance: VND510,000,000,000

2)       Approving the adjustment of Business Registration Certificate

3)       Approving the amendment of the company charter with new charter capital to VND510,000,000,000.

4)       Approving the registration to deposit at the Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) and list on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) for 25,500,000 new shares.
