On December 15, 2021, Petro Capital & Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company (Petroland) received an official documnt from Petro Vietnam Construction Joint Stock Corporation regarding the termination of personnel introduction at Petroland.

Petro Vietnam Construction Joint Stock Corporation completed the transfer of entire contributed capital at Petroland. Therefore, the Corporation will not introduce Mr. Nguyen Trung Tri and Mr. Nguyen Quang Hung as Members of the Board of Directors of Petroland; Mr. Ha Quang An as Member of the Board of Supervisors of Petroland. The two members of the Board of Directors of Petroland applied resignation letters.
