Hanoi Plastics Joint Stock Company announces the Board Resolutions as follows:

Resolution No.410/2021 dated December 14, 2021

            The Board of Directors approved the capital contribution to Vietnam Pattern Manufacture and Precision Mechanical Company Limited.

-          Charter capital before the capital contribution:  VND80 billion

-          Value of capital contribution: VND120 billion

-          Time of capital contribution: in Quarter 1 of 2022

-          Charter capital after the capital contribution: VND200 billion.

Resolution No.415/2021 dated December 08, 2021

The Board of Directors approved to implement the plan for issuing shares to raise the Company’s charter capital.

Resolution No.416/2021 dated December 08, 2021

The Board of Directors approved the plan for the use of capital from the public offering.

-          Total expected proceeds from the public offering: VND546,600,000,000.

-          Plan for the use of proceeds:

1)      To contribute capital to An Cuong High – tech Building Materials Joint Stock Company:VND230 billion;

2)      To contribute capital to Vietnam Pattern Manufacture and Precision Mechanical Company Limited: VND120 billion;

3)      To raise the working capital: VND196.6 billion.
