The Board resolution dated November 08, 2021, the BOD of Sesan 4A HydroElectric Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:
1) Approving to establish the Internal Audit under the Board of Directors with the following members:
- Mr. Le Hoai Vu
- Mrs. Thai Thi Thanh Suong
- Mrs. Nguyen Thi Thanh Duyen.
2) Approving the appointment of Mr. Le Hoai Vu as Person in charge of the Internal Audit of the Company.
