On December 10, 2021, Saigon General Service Corporation announces the sale of treasury shares as follows:

- Stock symbol: SVC

- Number of treasury shares before trading: 20,066 shares

- Number of shares registered to sell: 20,066 shares

- Selling purpose: to supplement its working capital.

- Trading period: order matching or put through

- Expected trading time: from December 20, 2021 to January 18, 2022, after being approved by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC)
