Based on Decision dated November 03, 2021, the BOD of SSI Securities Corporation (SSI) approved to decrease the ownership ratio at The PAN Group Joint Stock Company (stock code: PAN) from 41,582,793 shares (19.91%) down to 26,582,793 shares (12.73%) due to SSI Securities Corporation sold 15,000,000 shares by the order matching or put through.

After the ownership ratio decreases, PAN will no longer be an associated company of SSI.
