Pursuant to the Dispatch dated October 21, 2021 by Dong Nai Department of Natural Resources and Environment and the decision dated June 23, 2021 by the People’s Committee of Dong Nai Province, Materials Petroleum Joint Stock Company (COMECO) informed the voluntary return of land as follows:

1)      Recover 200,000 m² of land of Materials Petroleum Joint Stock Company in Phu Dong commune, Nhon Trach district, Dong Nai province.

Reason: COMECO voluntarily returns the land according to the Resolution of Extraordinary General Meeting dated September 15, 2020.

2)      Revoke the certificate of land use right, which was granted to COMECO.
