The Board resolution dated November 02, 2021, the BOD of TDG Global Investment Joint Stock Company approved to establish the Internal Audit Board under the Board of Directors with the following members:

1)      Pham Thi Van:            Head of Internal Audit

2)      Than Thi Tam: member of Internal Audit.
