The Board resolution dated November 02, 2021, the BOD of Fecon Corporation approved to pay cash dividend for 2020 as follows:

- Exercise ratio: 3%/par value (300 dongs/share)

- Record date: November 16, 2021

- Payment: December 30, 2021.
