Thanh Thanh Cong Tourist Joint Stock Company announces the resolution of General Meeting of Shareholders, which was convened in the form of obtaining shareholders’ approval in writing on November 01, 2021, as follows:

1)      Approval for registering: (i) the bonds which were issued to the public according to the Board resolution dated August 23, 2021; and (ii) the bonds which will be issued to the public in the Vietnam Securities Depository.

2)      Approval for listing bonds on the Vietnam Stock Exchange and/or subsidiaries of the Vietnam Stock Exchange under the law.
