HACISCO Joint Stock Company announces the Board resolution dated November 25, 2021 as follows:

1)      To set up a technology solution department.

2)      To assign the Directorate to research, prepare a plan for raising the Company’s charter capital and submit the plan to the Board of Directors in 2021.
