On November 01, 2021, VNDIRECT Securities Corporation announces the sale of treasury shares as follows:

- Number of treasury shares before trading: 5,916,730 shares

- Number of shares registered to sell: 5,916,730 shares

- Purpose: to increase the number of outstanding shares and restructure capital resources.

- Expected trading period: from November 11, 2021 to December 10, 2021

- Trading method: Order matching.
