- Approving the appointment of Mr. Le Tan Phuoc as Chairman of the BOD as from November 25, 2021.

- Approving the appointment of Mr. Le Quy Dinh as Deputy Chairman of the BOD as from November 25, 2021 and CEO as from December 01, 2021.
