The Board resolution dated November 23, 2021, the Board of Directors of VIX Securities Joint Stock Company approved the record date to collect shareholders' opinions in writing with details as follows:

- Record date: December 07, 2021

- Exercise ratio: 01 share – 01 voting right

- Meeting date: expected from December 10, 2021 to December 22, 2021

- Meeting venue: Floor 22nd, 52 Le Dai Hanh, Le Dai Hanh Ward, Hai Ba Trung District, Ha Noi.
