The Board resolution dated November 22, 2021, the BOD of An Tien Industries Joint Stock Company approved to implement the public offering plan for increasing charter capital the approved by the Extraordinary General Meeting 2021

Time for implementation: expected in Quarter I/2022, after being approved by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC).
