Thuan Duc Joint Stock Company (HOSE: TDP) reports the results of exercising rights to purchase shares according to the share issue plan for the existing shareholders of Thuan Duc Eco Joint Stock Company, as follows:

-          Owning volume before exercising rights: 3,350,000 shares (11.2% of Thuan Duc Eco JSC)

-          Exercise ratio: 12:5

-          Buying volume: 12,500,000 shares, including:

• 1,395,833 shares corresponding to the number of rights distributed to Thuan Duc JSC;
• 11,104,167 shares corresponding to the number of rights transferred to Thuan Duc JSC, equivalent to VND111,041,670,000.

-          Owning volume after exercising rights: 15,850,000 shares (37.3% of Thuan Duc Eco JSC)

On November 19, 2021, Thuan Duc JSC completed transactions. Thuan Duc Eco becomes an associated company of Thuan Duc JSC with 15,850,000 shares (on the total number of 42,500,000 shares), equivalent to 37.3% charter capital.
