The Board resolution dated October 29, 2021, the BOD of  Phuc Hung Holdings Construction Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1)      Approving the result of stock issuance to pay dividends:

-          Estimated issuance volume: 2,059,861 shares

-          Exercise ratio: 100:8

-          Number of distributed shares to shareholders: 2,059,537 shares for 2,244 shareholders

-          Number of fractional shares: 324 shares.

2)      Approving to cancel 324 fractional shares in the stock issuance to pay dividend.
