The Board resolution dated October 29, 2021, the BOD of De Tam Joint Stock Company approved the following contents:

1)      Approving to borrow capital at BIDV – Phu My Hung branch with the credit limit of VND6,500,000,000 to VND34,000,000,000 to supplement working capital

-          Loan time: 12 months

-          Loan interest: 8.5%/year

2)      Approving to borrow capital at BIDV – Phu My Hung branch with the credit limit of VND23,731,000,000 to implement the project of the Residential Area, Phuoc An Commune.

-          Loan time: 36 months

-          Loan interest: 10%/year.
