1)      Approving the report on business performance in Quarter 3 of 2021 and 09 months of 2021.

2)      Approving to make the 2021 cash dividend payment:

−        Exercise ratio: 45%/par value (4,500 dongs/share)

−        Record date: December 10, 2021

−        Payment date: December 24, 2021.
