The Board of Directors of GELEX Group Joint Stock Company approved to pay for the 2021 dividend in stock:

- Record date: November 30, 2021

Purpose: To pay stock dividend for 2020

- Exercise ratio: 100:9

- Estimated issue volume: 70,307,136 shares

- How to deal with fractional shares: The number of newly issued shares distributed to each existing shareholder will be rounded down. The fractional share will be cancelled.
