On November 08, 2021, the Board of Directors of Techcom Securities Joint Stock Company (TCBS) resolved the following issues:
1) To approve the document on the 2020 profit distribution plan to submit to the general meeting of shareholders;
2) To decide that the record date to obtain shareholders’ opinions in writing on the 2020 profit distribution plan will be the 10th day from the effective day of this resolution.
