According to the Board Resolution dated November 10, 2021, the Board of Directors of Ha Noi South Housing and Urban Development Corporation approved the following contents:

1)      Plan to use capital for business activities from November 2021 to November 2022.

2)      Borrowing capital from Agribank – Duy Tien Ha Nam Branch:

-          Total credit limit: VND50 billion

Of which: VND40 billion for loan limit; VND10 billion for underwriting limit.

-          Purpose: to pay project construction expenses and underwriting in 2021 – 2022.
