The Board resolution dated October 26, 2021, the BOD of Nam Kim Steel Joint Stock Company approved the dossier of registration for stock issuance under ESOP with details as follows:

1)      Report on the stock issuance under ESOP.

2)      Decision of the General Meeting of Shareholders approved the plan for stock issuance under ESOP.

3)      Decision of the Board of Directors approved the regulation on stock issuance under ESOP.
