The Board resolution dated October 04, 2021, the Board of Directors of F Viet First Securities Joint Stock Company approved the handle of undistributed shares in the public offering as follows:

1)      Approving the result of the public offering:

-          Distributed volume: 9,808,066 shares

-          Fractional shares due to rounding down: 11 shares

-          Unsold shares and fractional shares: 441,934 shares.

2)      Approving the handle of undistributed shares in the public offering:

-          Number of shares continue to sell: 441,934 shares

-          Offering price: VND10,000/shares

-          Number of distributed investors: 01 investor

-          These shares will be restricted in 01 year from the ending date of the issuance.
