On September 30, 2021, the Board of Directors of Vietnam Technological and Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Techcombank) approved to sign service provision agreements with EuroWindow Joint Stock Company with the following contents:

1)      The works related to facade construction of Techcombank’s head office at 6 Quang Trung, Hoan Kiem district, Ha Noi city.

-          Estimated agreement value: VND183,611,500,000 (VAT excluded)

-          Construction time: until May 2022

2)      The works related to facade construction of Techcombank’s head office at 23 Le Duan, district 1, Ho Chi Minh city.

-          Estimated agreement value: VND203,310,621,204 (VAT excluded)

-          Construction time: until May 2022.
