On October 04, 2021, Southeast Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank approved to implement the stock offering plan of 136,000,000 shares to existing shareholders with details as follows:

- Record date: October 14, 2021

- Time for subscription and payment: from October 21, 2021 to November 10, 2021

- Time for rights transference: from October 21, 2021 to November 04, 2021.
