On October 27, 2021, the Board of Directors of Sai Gon Fuel Joint Stock Company (SFC) approved the following contents:

a) To convene the 2020-2021 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders

- Meeting date: December 24, 2021

- Meeting venue: Office of Sai Gon Fuel Joint Stock Company, 146E Nguyen Dinh Chinh, ward 8, Phu Nhuan district, Ho Chi Minh.

b) To make interim cash dividend payment for 2020-2021

- Exercise ratio: 18%/par value (1800 dongs/share)

C) Record date for the 2020-2021 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and dividend payment: November 22, 2021.
