The Board resolution dated October 21, 2021, the Board of Directors of VIX Securities Joint Stock Company approved the distribution of unsold shares in the public offering as follows:

1)      Approving the result of stock offering to existing shareholders:

-          Distributed volume: 126,203,199 shares

-          Total proceeds: VND1,262,031,990,000.

2)      Approving the distribution of unsold shares in the stock offering to existing shareholders:

-          Stock volume: 1,515,776 shares

-          Selling price: VND10,000/share

-          Payment time: from the effective date of this resolution to October 25, 2021

-          These share will be restricted in 01 year from the ending date of the offering
