The Board resolution dated October 20, 2021, the Board of Directors of Mirae Asset Securities (Vietnam) Limited Liability Company approved the following issues:

1)      Approving to implement rights to buy the additional issuance shares to existing shareholders according to the record date of September 27, 2021:

-          Offering volume: 113,500,000 shares

-          Distributed volume: 113,273,000 shares

-          Unsold shares volume: 227,000 shares.

2)      Approving to continue to distribute the unsold shares of 227,000 shares with the selling price of VND10,000/share

-          Payment time: from October 20, 2021 to October 31, 2021.
